Guthrie Chiropractic & Massage is firmly committed to protecting your privacy and building confidence in our website, our CyberDoc newsletters and our office as a whole. Information submitted to Guthrie Chiropractic & Massage through our CyberDoc newsletter service is not distributed, sold, shared, or in any other way transferred or given to any third party, except as may be required by law or formally requested by law enforcement officials or judicial authorities. All information collected is strictly for internal use. We aim to educate and give accurate information through our website and CyberDoc newsletter services. We will never authorize the use of personal information for any purpose other than to forward promotional and informational materials that may be of interest to you and for your own purposes. If at any time you would like to stop receiving information from us, please send an email to unsubscribe requesting to be taken off our mailing list.

Cancellation Policy

When cancelling an appointment we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or miss a scheduled appointment, our office will bill you $40 for each missed appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows impact not only you, but Dr. Guthrie, our massage therapist and another paying client who may have used that time with enough notice.
